Delivery arrangement:

P.O Box

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O boxes. We kindly ask you to provide an alternative address which is not a P.O box.


Remarks:

The above delivery fees exclude the charges incurred if the delivery address does not have lift, cannot fit into the lift or the deliver needs to walk through a floor of staircases. A surcharge will be required which is charged by the deliver. Please contact our CS department prior to your order if you would like to get a quote on the exact surcharge which your deliver address fall in this situation.


Self-pick up at J SELECT Stores and SF Stores

J SELECT stores

For order self-pick up at J SELECT stores, you could enjoy free shipping, and we would inform you when your item is ready to be picked up at our store.

We will send you an automated email once your order is ready to be picked up at the designed store. Upon your receipt of our email for order pick up, please show the email to our store staff and they will confirm the customer name and contact phone number for security and verification during pick up..

For multiple products order, this would generally take more time to consolidate you order to the store location that you want to pick from up. The lead time for store pick up if need inventory transfer to your designated store generally takes 6-9 business days.

SF Express stores

For order self-pick up at SF Express stores, SF Express would send you an SMS to notify you for order pick-up. Upon your receipt of our SF Express SMS notification for order pick up, please show the SMS to our store staff and they will confirm the customer name and contact phone number for security and verification during pick up.

For multiple products order, this would generally take more time to consolidate you order to the store location that you want to pick from up. The lead time for store pick up if need inventory transfer to your designated store generally takes 6-9 business days.

Order Tracking

Your order would be delivered by Jebsen Logistics or SF Express.

For Jebsen Logistics order after delivery appointment scheduled, please contact Jebsen Logistics hotline at 2923 8628 for tracking your order delivery status. For order before delivery appointment scheduled, please contact our customer hotline at 2926 2300.

For S.F. Express orders, please enter your waybill number (tracking code on shipping confirmation email) on SF Express website to track and trace your order delivery status. If the you order has been picked up by SF Express, please contact SF Express Customer Service hotline at 2730 0273.

Remarks:

If orders are returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, PO Boxes, hotel addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay tax, refusal to provide ID copy, failure to compile with customs policies or recipient’s refusal to the parcels, we can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for re-sending shipping fees and the previous shipping fee(s) will not be refunded
