Return and exchange is applicable to the following conditions:
Product Defect
Delivered within 7 days;
A certified product quality problem;
The application must be a product of the same model and the same color as originally purchased;
If the product is a discontinued or outlet item, J SELECT will offer the customer a refund of the purchased amount;
Damage caused by personal accident are not applicable;
Personal care products, food and healthcare products, headsets, earphones and watches are not applicable;
Application without accompanying required supporting documents or information as stated below (“Supporting Documents”) is not accepted.
Supporting Documents for the Application:
Photo or video of the defective item;
Product with complete original packaging;
All product accessories and manual came with the original packaging;
Product warranty card (a clean copy without filling in the information);
Receipt of the purchase;
Delivery invoice;

For orders purchased at online (jselection.com and other 3rd party platform we operate), J SELECT will arrange collection of the product by a logistics company or you can simply return the product to our offline stores. However, prior to return the products to our stores, please bring along the email acceptance of the return and exchange received from our Customer Service department.
For orders purchased at J SELECT offline stores, please visit our J SELECT offline stores for return and exchange.
Remarks:
This Application applies to both J SELECT online and offline stores.
Customer may contact our Customer Service hotline at 2926 2300 during service hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm).
Customer may cancel online orders by sending an email to cs@jselect.com or contacting our Customer Service hotline before receiving delivery confirmation by call or email.
J SELECT will charge a handling of 4% of the grand total of the order or HK$300, whichever is higher.
In case of dispute, J SELECT reserves the right for final decision.

Terms of Warranty & Defective Products Replacement:
- If the product requires installation service, please wait for the original factory staff to perform it. (If you unpack the box by yourself, there is no replacement for the defective products)
- 7-day replacement guarantee: the company can guarantee replacement if the product is found to be malfunctioning or fails to operate normally within 7 days of delivery, and it is verified by the agent’s technicians. The replacement product must be returned together with the complete package, accessories, manual and the unfilled warranty card.
- The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products with human damage, scratches and liquid damage.
- The 7-day replacement guarantee does not apply to products that have been repaired.
- The replacement criteria for TV / screen dead or bright spots are more than 5 points, and must be verified by the agent's technicians.
- The serial number of the product and the receipt must be the same if customer want to enjoy the warranty or replacement service.
- The warranty is provided by Samsung Hong Kong, please keep the receipt.
- The company reserves all rights.
Removal Service Terms and Conditions:
- Applicable conditions: Customers who purchase regulated electrical appliances, including air conditioners, washing machines and refrigerators, as specified in the Producer Eco-Responsibility Ordinance, can request free removal service for the same type and quantity of used electrical appliances (only applicable to the same type of regulated electrical appliances*Note 1).
- Location: Any premises in Hong Kong.
- When to make request:
- When a customer signs the Record of Choice of Removal Service; or
- Customers can request removal service by calling us within 3 days after the transaction. Late request will be deemed as no requests for the removal service.
- Timing of the removal service:
- Under normal circumstances, 3 working days are required for arranging the removal service.
- The old items at the customers’ designated locations will be removed on the date specified by the customers.
- No removal service is available on Sundays and public holidays.
- Remarks:
- The removal service may be different from the delivery and installation service. The old items pending removal can be removed in advance or placed temporarily at the premises for collection later as appropriate. Customers can contact us for arrangement.
- The old items will not be returned once collected.
- The old items must stand-alone and be freed from other connections or obstacles.
- If the old items have serious hygiene issues (e.g. rancid foods, presence of cockroaches and ants, etc.), our staff will have the right not to remove such items, and there will be no more free removal service for the customers.
- Customers shall give no less than 3 working days' notice in respect of any request for change of delivery time, date and/or place.
- In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and rescheduled.
- The company shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic or adverse weather conditions or other factors.
- All personal data are for the purpose of arranging removal service for the old items only and the company shall comply fully with the obligations and requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
- In case of any disputes, the decision of the company shall be final.
Note 1
Air conditioners - including single package type and split type air conditioners, air-cooled or air heated (or both), with a rated cooling capacity not exceeding 7.5 kilowatts (3HP).
Washing machines - with a rated washing capacity not exceeding 10 kg.
Refrigerators - with a total storage volume not exceeding 500 liters.
Televisions - the size of its display screen not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally)
Computers - generally including personal computer, desktop computer, tablet computer, laptop computer and notebook computer.
Printers - not exceeding 30 kg in weight; one that can be used as a photocopier, facsimile transmitter or scanner is nevertheless regarded as a printer.
Scanners - not exceeding 30 kg.
Monitors - not having the function of storing electronic data or computing, the size of the display screen is not smaller than 5.5 inches (measured diagonally) but not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally).
Delivery Service:
- If the customer has placed an order, the company will contact the customer within 3 working days to make an appointment for delivery.
- Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above/ black rainstorm signal is hoisted. If the typhoon signal No.8 or above is cancelled, delivery service will be arranged on other day; if the black rainstorm signal is cancelled, the delivery service will be rescheduled by contacting costumer
- We shall not liable for any delay or failure in delivering the product(s) caused by or resulting from accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other causes beyond our scope of control.
- If you need to make any amendments to your order (such as delivery date, delivery time session or adding items, etc.), please inform us at least 3 working days (excluding Sunday and public holidays) in advance of the prior agreed date and time of delivery.
- If you are unable to collect your products within 30 days after the order confirmation; or you have not provided us sufficient or precise instructions for delivery, under the circumstances of not affecting any rights or indemnity and at our discretion, we may:
- Keep the related products until the actual delivery date, and charge you a reasonable storage fee (including any insurance fee incurred); or
- Cancel your order and charge you any additional expenses and losses caused by insufficient and inaccurate information provided or your failure to receive the products; or
- Dispose of the unclaimed product in any way without any obligation or liability to you.
- Excluded items:
- Dismantling of water pipe, gas pipe or electric wire
- Move or dismantle anything in customer's residence
- Products too large to be moved into / out from customer's residence
