Responsibilities:

• *Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction service standards
• *Monitor daily operation and brand display of retail shop
• *Analyze competitor activities and provide effective recommendations to improve sales revenue
• *Develop customer base and retain loyal customers
• *Ensure a healthy stock level, manage inventory and replenishment
• *Provide ongoing product and service training to staff

Requirements:

• *Tertiary or above education level
• *At least 6 years of retail experience with over 2 years of solid management experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or premium fashion
• *Experience / knowledge in visual merchandising are preferable.
• *With leader charisma and good communication skill
• *Good planning, analytic and problem solving skills
• *Good command of written and spoken in English, Chinese and Mandarin

Requirements:

• *Tertiary or above education level
• *At least 4 years of retail experience with supervise experience in retail management is preferably
• *Good leadership and able to work independently with good problem solving skill
• *Good command of written and spoken in English, Chinese and Mandarin
