Bodyflex workout pad comes in two parts. The foldable Bodyflex workout pad which can be easily stored under any sofas and beds. The carry bag will contain all the parts you need, namely one workout bar, two sets of handle, two sets of limb strap, 2 sets of elastic band and one door anchor.
Fully Customizable
Bodyflex workout pad offers customizable setting according different users’ body height and strength. Altering and length and position of the resistance bands can adjust different weight and posture. Bodyflex workout pad provides 2 sets of resistance bands, 30L and 40L for added weight adjustment.
