Q: Can consumption vouchers be used along with other J SELECT promotional discounts?
A: Yes. Customers can enjoy other J SELECT promotional discounts while using consumption vouchers. Terms & conditions apply.
Q: Can I use multiple consumption vouchers, of which purchasing with more than 1 consumption voucher?
A: Yes. J SELECT retail stores accept multiple consumption vouchers in one single purchase.
Q: Can I earn jrewards with purchases made with consumption vouchers?
A: Yes. Every $1 spending can earn 1 jrewards. Redeem a $10 voucher with every 1,000 jrewards. Please refer to Terms & Conditions for details.
Q: What are the arrangements for $3,000 Octopus limit?
A: Octopus users may receive part of the consumption voucher, then receive the remaining amount after using previous consumption vouchers. Octopus does not limit users’ times of payment. Normally, you may spend at most $3,000 with Octopus at one time. You may use more than one consumption voucher on different payment platforms in one transaction in J SELECT retail stores, even if the transaction exceeds $3,000.
Q: Can I make a refund for purchases made with consumption vouchers?
A: If both parties agree to make a refund, the relevant amount will be refunded as consumption vouchers to the payment platform (AlipayHK / WeChat Pay HK / Tap & Go) customers used in their refunded purchase. However, due to the difference in operations, the refund arrangements for Octopus /PayMe/ BoC Pay will be decided by J SELECT depending on the situation. Jebsen Home Tech Company Limited (J SELECT) reserves the right to make the final decision. Refunds require about 2 weeks to be shown on the payment platform bills. For refund arrangements for expired consumption vouchers, please refer to the respective payment platforms.
